Conference participation fee:
Early bird until June 21: 10,000 yen.
Onsite and from June 22: 12,000 yen

Guide for presenters

General oral presentations will be 6 minutes long, with 2 minutes for questions and answers.
MS PowerPoint will be used for projection on a Personal Computer (OS: MS Windows 10/11). One screen will be used for projection.
The file name of the presentation data should be "[abstract number] [name]".
Video files should be pasted into the PowerPoint file so that the PowerPoint file can run on its own.
Please save your presentation data on a USB memory stick and bring it to the PC reception desk at the venue.
Please check and register your presentation data at the PC reception desk at least 30 minutes prior to your presentation. The USB memory stick will be returned to you at the PC reception desk.
We ask that you do not bring your own equipment to the conference. If you have any special circumstances, please contact us in advance.
